“Working with Soha Diamond Co. to design my (now) fiancé’s engagement ring was the best decision we have ever made. Soha and Aubree are literally the nicest people you will ever meet, they worked with us to design the exact ring my fiancé dreamed of. I was able to keep the proposal a surprise even though we designed the ring together, because Soha and Aubree emailed just me all of the details from our appointments, and when the ring was ready for me to pick up, I was able to pick it up without my fiancé knowing. I am so thankful for them, and we will be getting our wedding bands from them soon. Soha Diamond Co. made this once in a lifetime experience such a good one.”

“My fiance and I went to the West Town Mall to look for wedding bands as we are getting married in September. We first went to a different jewelry store and didn't truly see anything we wanted to try on. So we decided to come to Roger's & Hollands. Raban (he informed us he usually works at the East side Rogers & Holland) helped us right away. He asked what we were looking for and was able to find it. He was very polite and definitely took his time. Allowed us to try on all the things. He was such a pleasure to work with & will definitely be going to the East side Roger's & Holland to work with Raban again! Everyone at the West Town Mall Roger's & Holland was extremely nice but Raban stuck out the most to us. 10/10 would recommend working with the staff here! “Burnie's, both locations are just great, always full of treasures and surprises. When my son who is now 11, was 2, all he wanted in the world was a piece of amber with a bug in it. Eventually, off to Burnie's we went. He subsequently lost the item in a tragic, "I hide it from my friends in a trash can so nobody would take it" incident. Years later, on another magical Burnie's expedition, we mentioned the funny story, and Ben said he had an idea of how to fix the situation. There are very few places that can fix the injuries of childhood. Well played Burnie's, well played. Always a pleasure to visit your treasures.”

“I stopped in to have the band on my watch adjusted....I left the watch as the work could not be done right away....I came back later to pick-up the watch and had my American Family Championship shirt and ID badge on because I was headed to University Ridge as a volunteer for the event....the watch fit perfectly and I asked what I owed for the service....the woman (Kristi I believe and the DIL of Jerry Hermanson the owner and Mark Hermanson's wife) said twelve dollars....I was preparing to pay and Kristi asked if I was volunteering for the AmFam Tournament, which I stated I was...she replied that because I was volunteering for such a wonderful event, that the service was on them....I was flabbergasted and disagreed, but she insisted....great service and a wonderful gesture on her part....THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“Chris Keenan is an incredible artist! He took our ideas for wedding rings and created the most gorgeous matching set. The original stone in the setting was a beach stone.
