Made one appointment for Saturday at 12pm and they cancelled it 3 hours before and I understand things are unpredictable so I rescheduled for the next Saturday at 12pm and then they canceled again 30 minutes before my appointment. I had made time for them twice and twice they cancelled very unprofessional and I would not trust them to give me a good tax return if they can not even keep there own appointments.

I've done my taxes with H&R Block for years. I recently moved to this area and it was my first time working with Sierra at the Oregon location. I started a small business in 2022 which added another layer to my taxes. Sierra was prompt, friendly, efficient, and very professional.

This was the worst experience to getting my taxes done. It took them several weeks to do it. The office manager is incompetent, so I asked to speak to her manager. That manager got me to some tax person out of state and I had to explain again all my information because the office manager at Oregon, WI didn't send her all my information. Worst H&R Block ever. Never going back.
