I used to take my car to the dealership for service but had to stay local for one service and chose to go to Gary Wille’s. Since that first service appointment, I have become a loyal customer of GWs. They are top notch in terms of communication, ease of scheduling, and quality of work. I know I can trust them to tell me like it is and give me service options without trying to oversell me on unnecessary (or non urgent) service. Additionally, my most recent service included replacing the tires and they gave me a few quotes prior to the appointment so I could decide on what the best option is for my needs. Because it was a longer appointment, they offered a complementary loaner vehicle so I could go on with my day. Overall I’m a raving fan of their quality and and will continue to give them our business!

Love the folks here. They always do their best on our vehicles. Other places will suggest replacing things that don’t need replacing, the guys at this shop have never done so. Anytime they’ve suggested replacements, it was backed up by articulable reasoning that a non-mechanic can understand. I trust these guys fully. The service flow they have developed is the best I’ve interacted with. The communication is bar none. I’ve never experienced a better run shop. I just wish they had a UTV/ATV repair because those shops take you for everything.
