“We brought our car here with the whole front end torn off and the hood caved in. Shane and the crew did an amazing job fixing up our car. The paint was going to be pretty expensive to exact match, so we went with the cheaper route and you can’t even tell.
This was our first time being in a wreck and Shane made the process easy and way quicker than anyone else around town. He was very communicative and fair, which is important to us being two women.

I was nervous about my car repair timeline due to an insurance delay, and the head auto mechanic called me every day unprompted to give me updates, he was so kind and my car looked better coming out than it did before my accident. I really appreciated how I was kept informed of the progress all along the way. The confidence and quality of body shop tech employees reassured me that they would be able to return my vehicle to me in top notch condition. When I got my car back it was returned to me even cleaner than it was when I brought it in.”
“Has had my auto for over a month. Multiple emails stating my auto was near completion. Then was told 3 ‘major parts’ were on back order and could be weeks to months before completion. Meanwhile Ive been driving a friends vehicle, otherwise price of rental would be well over $1500 at this point. Asked the company for a loaner vehicle till my auto was finished. Was rudely put in my place saying they already have gone above and beyond for me! By making phone calls searching for back ordered parts. WHAT??? Doing what? Your job?Was called by The Market Manager of Gerber Collision after writing this review. My auto won’t be done for a while because of back ordered parts, but they did give me a vehicle to drive at their expense until mine is done. Thank you Gerber Collision for putting an effort forward and making things better…”
“Nate, my tech, was professional, respectful, and very thorough! I needed my windshield to be replaced but I didn’t have time to come in during normal business hours since I myself am working. Once he arrived he said all I had to do was unlock my vehicle and then I can go back inside to work. A little less than a hour later I get a call saying he completed the job. He proceeded to give me aftercare instructions and told me to have a great day. When returning to my vehicle I was very impressed with the replacement process but even more so I was shocked and pleased he removed multiple stickers (parking, toll tag, and oil change reminder) from my old windshield and placed them on my new windshield!! I had forgot all about them and did not ask or mention to him about the stickers. Nate went above and beyond and so thankful for his work and grateful the process was so easy for someone who has never done this before.”

“Although this was an assigned repair option by an insurance agent and I was skeptical at first, the finished product is very satisfactory. As others have mentioned, my vehicle looks new and there’s no evidence of ever having been rear-ended by another vehicle. The entire process went smoothly and I received updates throughout. My vehicle was returned a full week in advance after a parts delay. Everyone I worked with was professional, yet pleasant to deal with especially in this stressful situation.”
