I love the Oregon, WI, branch! I have worked with a variety of the staff and they all have provided excellent customer service. Additional kudos to Courtney who has always been personable, informative, and knowledgeable when helping me and my family with our individual accounts...from minor inquiries to more complex matters. The Oregon, WI, branch provides the personal care and service you no longer find in most places today.

They refused to notarize a document for me because I wasn’t a “member.” You don’t need to be a member to have something notarized at a bank. The CSR at the counter was very rude.

Worst bank I've ever used. They withheld our escrow payment and obfuscated records trying to show that they didn't owe it back to us after switching to a new mortgage. Their online banking interface is buggy.Attempting to open a simple CD account is riddled with problems. Currently on the phone over 40 minutes trying to get them to fix the problem. They can't seem to transfer money between their own BMO accounts from my savings to CD... My wife did the same process at another bank with no issues at all.

Don't get involved with these crooks meaning specifically the Janesville offices. They are currently withholding funds for my legally incompetent godmother I have POA papers on. Apparently them making money off her account is more important than her own interests. And it's her money. She can't pay her bills with them withholding her accounts....it's been a month. I can't believe Bmo pays these incompetent employees any money. They are worthless. This bank is going down.
