“I called Jason to discuss some issues I’m having with an Audi V6 3.0 TDI. Unfortunately for me Jason’s specialty area isn’t the V6 TDI. He’s a 4 cylinder guy.
However, Jason took the time to discuss the problems I’m having and was able to offer valuable advice and possible solutions for me. He also recommended someone in the Madison area that is more familiar with the 3.0 V6 TDI.
You just don’t see this kind of service anymore. Jason isn’t getting paid to talk to people on the phone, yet he still took the time to try to help. Almost anywhere else would have simply said sorry, can’t help you and hung up the phone.
If you’re running a 4 cylinder TDI Jason is definitely your guy.
