“Went in for a new battery. Rather than being quick to sell me a new battery, they did an over-night load test and slow-charge to see if that was the problem. I received regular phone calls during the process. It turns out that there was a problem with the + terminal connector on my car, and that was what was causing the battery not to charge. They didn't sell me something I didn't need, and didn't charge me a fee for all the diagnostic work. When I DO need a battery, I'll be going here.”
