Terrible service. Was told to call because the person at the desk didn't feel like helping me. Calling doesn't work and talk to a robot for 20 minutes without figuring anything out.

Lazy lady at the front desk wouldn't go look for my package that arrived at 5:30 am. I've been week and she said it's too hard to look for my package so I can wait another day.

Where do I start……. The lady that waited on us was a complete hag. She was very rude, unprofessional, had little to no people skills. The fact that working at a post office entails the “workers” to be people friendly, helpful, and POLITE!! I guess that was to much to expect from Mary. Do better oostburg post office!!!!!!

We made an appointment online for passports and photos. It was easy to schedule the appointment. Printed off the paperwork and filled it out at home. The postal employees were friendly and helpful. It took about 15 minutes in total and was surprisingly easy. Very happy we drove to Oostburg to do this.
