The hot tub and the service both exceeded my expectations - I was so impressed by the quality of the tub and working with Amy was an absolute joy. Amy at Lakeside soft tub is AMAZING. My friend bought a soft tub from Lakeside and I loved hers so she sent me to see Amy and wow what an experience. First of all the tub is great. She set it up in a few hours. My husband and I use ours every single evening. Super easy to maintain and well worth the price. You get what you pay for and this tub has it all. I even messed up the filter the first time I changed it and Amy came out that day to replace it. lakeside tubs understands how to do business! Sure, you could Buy a knockoff generic tub that you have to haul and set up yourself but why would you do that when you can have the whole package from Lakeside? You can call with questions and they actually answer the phone. I loved everything. About my experience and I especially loved dealing with Amy, she is the nicest person and she really knows her stuff. Don’t hesitate!

I bought my Softub from Amy at Lakeside Soft Spa over two years ago. I love it and use it often. Amy always answers my questions and follows up to make sure everything is good. I would not hesitate to buy from Lakeside again and would definitely recommend going there if you're interested in a hot tub.

I have been a proud owner of my Softub for approximately 6 months now.Initially, I was looking at other softub vendors, however I always walked away thinking that these vendors were only selling the softub brand to only supplement their business line.Then I came across Lake Side Soft Spa.ENTER Amy-Owner Amy is very professional, hard working, courteous, responds to all my inquiries in a very timely manner and in general goes above and beyond.My over the phone purchase, delivery, initial set up was all no pressure and hassle free.Amy could have just given me the Softub factory booklet on the day of delivery and wished me luck like some other big chain dealers may have done.No, she goes above and beyond with her own personal experience instructions all typed up and always follows up inquiring how my Softub experience is going.I could go on and on, but if your in the market for a Softub, give Amy a call you will NOT regret it.I don’t think there is any job too big or too small for Amy.Bryan B.
