Great hot tub! After four years it broke down and was pleased to find out it was covered under warranty. Also, great business. People are so friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help you. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

The hot tub and the service both exceeded my expectations - I was so impressed by the quality of the tub and working with Amy was an absolute joy. Amy knows what she is doing and had my tub up and running in no time (and worked around my schedule to make it happen) Thank you so much Amy for being knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with!

Amy at Lakeside soft tub is AMAZING. My friend bought a soft tub from Lakeside and I loved hers so she sent me to see Amy and wow what an experience. First of all the tub is great. She set it up in a few hours. My husband and I use ours every single evening. Super easy to maintain and well worth the price. You get what you pay for and this tub has it all. I even messed up the filter the first time I changed it and Amy came out that day to replace it. lakeside tubs understands how to do business! Sure, you could Buy a knockoff generic tub that you have to haul and set up yourself but why would you do that when you can have the whole package from Lakeside? You can call with questions and they actually answer the phone. I loved everything. About my experience and I especially loved dealing with Amy, she is the nicest person and she really knows her stuff. Don’t hesitate!
