Been here 3x and nobody is ever able to help. Bankers are always “busy” I sat down with a banker 1x and she told me she would need 30min to open an act for me and had 25min until another person came for there appt? Okay, that was enough time just to look at my ID. Had already filled everything out online.

worst wells fargo i've ever been to. i use wells fargo because it's available in a lot of places but i wouldn't suggest wells fargo if you live near or in Onalaska, as the ATM is almost never working or available.

This place is freaking joke! I have made money transfers with my work paycard for 5 plus years and not once in 3 states and multiple Wells Fargo branches have I had an issue. Then suddenly after a year of doing this at this location every two weeks its suddenly an issue!!! Like come on, and the manager is condescending and the teller looks so out of place like he doesnt even know what hes doing! Luckily I was able to drive 10 minutes across town and that Wellsfargo must hire or train better people because I walked out 5 minutes later without ANY issues... weird.

Wells fargo in onalaska is bad .i use to do business with them in milwaukee people there very nice ,but in onalaska I spened more time and the manager her name deabora i think was very rude .I decided to take my business out of this bank and I will advice my friends to do so as well!!
