Everytime I go there ,No Customer Service …. And they can’t solve the problem … I just need self return envelope with tracking numbers .. they can’t do it hereeee …. Really ? smh

The new employees here are great! I gave up on this location 6-7 years ago but I found myself there again today and was happy to see some new employees. And they were great.

I bought 700 dollars worth of textbooks from my school and the USPS in Onalaska must have opened it, lost my books and shoved two other peoples packages into my box with tape saying it was repackaged by usps. When my husband went to find out what happened to my books they stated that it was unheard of and proceeded to be very unhelpful. I’m very disappointed with their customer service. Instead of trying to help us figure this issue out they made my husband jump through a bunch of hoops before they even started a case for it
