Tom and Andy are extremely responsive and timely in regards to our sound or lighting issues. We have always appreciated the quick response time to any concerns or questions as well as the professional yet still friendly demeanor when communicating.

They stock, and allow hands-on experience with, an impressive inventory! They have even fielded after-hours phone calls/questions, and are quick to locate, and order special brands/products I need. Great costumer service and always very prompt and friendly! Even strange requests, things I have to pick up for my husband are at the front desk waiting for me along with answers to any of my questions! Keep up the great work!!

Worst customer service ever. Whoever is answering the phone in the office right now is either having a bad day, or is a complete j**** I would probably say the latter. I was trying to hire these guys to supply lights and sound for my wedding. I was simply asking about a quote I was told I would receive last Friday afternoon, and didn't receive it. I understand things happen and people are busy. So, I waited until today to ask for it again. Once I asked more about the quote and if I could have it emailed to me the person on the phone became defensive on why I hadn't received it yet, so much to the point that he kept cutting me off. He then went on to tell how busy they were, which I understand. I was going to tell him I understand but he kept rambling over me. He explained they were so busy and said my quote got pushed to the side without even telling me. Which again I understand but I don't know why he decided to get mad at more or let me talk. I couldn't get a word in or an explanation. He then told me that “I am gonna decline to have their services then.†And then hung up on me. What a miserable human being and horrible representative of the company.

This by far is the best sound and lighting company in the area. I have been going here for years. Tom and Andy are such good and honest people they have helped me build such a wonderful DJ business by providing me with excellent equipment and service sales. By far great guys I consider friends!

I've known Andy and Tom for 13 years and they are great to work with. They work really hard to build strong relationships with their customers and make sure everything is taken care of. 10/10, would recommend.
