just got the worst haircut of my entire life by Lisa today. Did not listen to my request for the top to be left alone. She asked if it was okay to cut a little bit off to make everything look even. I said sure and she then proceeds to take off a half inch all over the top and bringing the sides up way too high. She was clearly in a rush to finish the haircut, leaving dark spots all over my head and uneven blending . After rushing through the haircut, she proceeds to leave my sideburns completely lobsided and didn’t even cut one side, even after I specifically asked her to do my sideburns. Ended up having to buzz everything off afterwards because of how horrible the cut was.

This was my first visit to the Onalaska Sports Clips and I am very pleased. Ashley was wonderful to talk to and went above and beyond for me after a disappointing experience with the La Crosse location. I travel for work and in the event I am ever back in the La Crosse area, I will be coming to the Onalaska location!

I've been here twice, first time was great. Today I found out not everyone there knows how to cut hair... asked for a low fade and showed a picture of what I wanted. She still managed to mess it up. How do they not all know the difference between high, med, and low fades? Flip a coin maybe you'll get a good haircut. Oh yeah even if it sucks it's like $40

Happy client! Jen and Robyn are the people that we always go to. Husband and son are usually get the haircut done while I am just having a wash and blow dry with a gentle massage with another stylist. Thank you.
Although, I had to add that they let go our favorite stylist. And recently I’m having a really bad experience with one of the associates. Her name is Jade. She overcharged me for the service. I usually only need to spend $10 for wash and blow dry. I’ve been doing the same service many times at least I have it documented on my transaction history. This time she charged me way more than the usual within the excuse of she did the “blow dry” ?
She even almost to charge me with a haircut that I’ve never asked for! If only she’s honest at the first place then I would give her a tip but she is NOT! So girl bye!

Iv been going here for over a year Went in looking for a haircut got turned away when no one else was getting a haircut 20 minutes before close if you work in the service industry you would know if your open till 4 you take people till 4 not walking out the door at 4 especially on Easter weekend I will never be back so much for loyalty

My son has gotten his hair cut three times here. The first by Autumn which I am not sure she still works there and that was a good hair cut. The last two have been just sad.. my little guy will sit still, doesn’t fuss, but they seem like they just want to rush and we end up with crooked, silly looking hair cuts. Unfortunately will not give them another try.
