I walked the whole store up and down the isles. I walked past the cash station and no one even looked up to say hi or ask if I needed anything. I took my money elsewhere. From other reviews it looks like this is common.

Visited the Onalaska Sephora store fully ready to spend money on new eye shadows. The girls were on their phones and chatty amongst themselves.
I wondered around the makeup area looking for different eyeshadows while they stood in front of the counter talking about their favorite new trendy perfumes. All the while I felt invisible in their department. Not once did they speak to me.
I finally found a pallet I liked, but of course, they were out, so I went and asked about it. One of them shooed me off and said it’s over there if we have it.
Wow. Just wow. I went to Ulta down the street. Was greeted by a sales associate and spent over $100 on new makeup. I will not waste my time next time at Sephora in Onalaska. I will just start at Ulta.

Had all of the popular brands, sold out of EVERYTHING. when I went to check out staff didn't want to ring me up and laughed and just sat there chatting while I was waiting to check out. A complete waste of time

Was surprised to see they carry men's cologne. Good to know. A little expensive, but at least you know it's genuine.

If I can give it a 0 star I would terrible customer service. Employees are disrespectful and playing on their phone the whole time! I asked her nicely if she could check me out and she scoffed at me and flipped me off. She had a blonde chin length ends and darker root. Her coworker did nothing but look at her. Never going here again. I though they'd be better than the one in JCPenney but they're all the same. Shopping at Ulta from now on!
