I walking in with a buddy and we were walking and just browsing and the entire time we were in the store there was a total of 4 employees watching us and following us around thinking we were going to steal or something I'm a premium member and I'm really considering switching to Costco!

I spent over 600 dollars buying tires at Sam's club. 19 months later, the tires are totally bald and must be replaced. Tire associates tell me that, too bad, these are "Zero Warranty" tires and it's my fault for not rotating them often enough. I did rotate the tires--just not at Sam's. They demand proof, but let me know that having proof of rotation will make no difference in their ability to stand behind this faulty product. The whole situation is disgusting. I feel so duped. I will never, ever buy tires from them again. So unethical.

I come here pretty often these days, I'm not too familiar with Sams in the larger cities but this one strikes me as small, none the less I think the selection of items when it comes to fresh fruit/ vegetables/ and frozen items is pretty great. Not to mention the drinks/ cereals / and juices. I don't know too much about the electronics and tires but they have great grocery and great quality of these products. I've yet to buy paper products and detergents but they have a good selection. Even the clothing items seem pretty decent. I have not tried the bakery but always hear others say how good it is. La Crosse is a tough town for a lot of specialty grocery and fresh items I find difficult to find here sams club provides good quality for a decent price they have a pretty decent cafeteria section too, the frozen yogurt is not the best but the other items look good. I'm a die hard Costco fan so it's hard for me, but Sams has more selection and it has quality grocery. Check it out

Their staff is very competent and professional but their department would be served well to have a dedicated desk person and the ability to schedule tire appointments online. I had two vehicles get four new tires and it went smoothly. Thanks to the staff for taking care of me.

Sam's Club works hard but failed in one areas. I returned a item to Sam's it became a double billing of the same item on my credit card. ( wrong, need to check your statement each month). Tire department has been great, friendly employees, and quick service.

We just joined, and got the basic membership. Ill tell you, its nothing special tbh unless you have Sam's plus. It just gives you 2 cards on your account. But, the place is amazing!!! I just love seeing all the bulk items, and the prices too. Much better for your value. I also like they have everything there too. Like a one stop shop. lol Also the free samples, and the freeosk machine is cool too. It allowed us to enter our email, and get a free fountain drink at the Café. Both of us. My husband and I. We also got a sample too. The café was yummy! Definitely try the hot dogs. And the Mt Dew Berry Monsoon from there. It is inclusive for Sam's only and tastes sooo yummy!!! Great place. Definitely will be going there alot. Can't wait to go my first grocery shopping there.

DO NOT EVER "order" brats from these people.. This is the second year I ordered 240 Usinger brats from them for an event and they didn't come through.. This year the Asst mgr of the produce dep't told me the don't actually order them..They just get what the system thinks they need!!! Even after calling twice to find out if they were there and being told they would be..They wanted to substitute some awful brand..NOT ACCEPTABLE..
