Very little inventory in women's size 9. Mentioned it to the manager - he said "Yes, it's a popular size. We often run out." I said they may want to order more - his response "It's not up to us, it's up to corporate". We size-nine women KNOW it's a popular size. I wonder if Dylan is going to mention it to corporate? I'm not going back there.

Friendly staff but quality of the shoes I bought were below expectations. I would advise staying away from Nunn Bush shoes, not real leather which would be fine but within the first few weeks a shoelace snapped tiring them together, again manageable but when tiring the other side the "leather" was ripped straight through by a shoelace. I don't tie my shoes extra tight or anything I can just tell it's a cheap made shoe at a not that cheap price. Also the brown finish on the side of the heel wore pretty quickly too.For high quality dress shoes I recommend Trade Home shoes, very friendly and knowledgeable staff that found me a shoe that is more comfortable and just better quality top to bottom for not much more than the first pair I bought.

Not only did I go into the zone during kiddie school shopping I walked out with the best pair of Merrill’s that I purchased over my 40 year hiking career. I also bought a pair of Minnetonka slippers that I will wear warmly all winter long.

Just purchased a pair of ASICS with significant help from Dylan. I was looking at Hoka's at the recommendation of a podiatrist and Dylan pointed out similar style & priced shoes of different brands could be very similar in quality or fit to Hoka's, if I could not find a good fit in the Hoka's. He actually found several pairs for me to try on. Found out my actual size shoe was 8 but my arch size 10. Bought a 10 4E and they feel better all around than anything I have bought in several years, and have never purchased anything bigger than a 9.5 before. The help here was incredible and another man helped me getting started as well. Thank you Rogan's. And if that is not enough to sway people to come here, the second pair half price deal is awesome.

We didn't end up buying any shoes but Dustin at the store was very helpful and walked us through multiple options. Showed us what the right shoe was for my girlfriend and gave us good recommendations and was also okay with recommending other stores nearby to us to find the right size and fitting. I would highly recommend the store.

Troy was awesome . I went and purchase a prairie deer stags. I got my first pair last year. Troy noticed from my account that they weren't the same size as I had gotten the previous year then told me. And then went to put those ones back to get the proper size I wanted and I ended up buying a pair of Hey dudes too. I was also going to purchase a shoe glue and I showed my shoe to Troy, he suggested that I would get an industrial strength rather than the glue that the store had on hand. It was a great experience and I will be back for my shoe needs. I'm thinking dress shoes next time.

I am always pleased with Rogan's. I wear a size 15, and always find a selection. I understand the math when I don't get a full 50% of the second pair, and am grateful for the discount. The staff are very helpful, and I appreciate them checking in with me about my progress. I am just happy that someone consistently has a selection of size 15 shoes.

Always been happy with my products purchased after but during the shop I’m always dodging constant badgering from every employee whether you need help or not. I understand that’s how the game is and wages are based off of sales. I would also suggest purchasing more main stream, fashionable shoes like vans, doc martens, converse, etc. SPECIFICALLY a variety of all besides the basics. I think this would help the company receive a lot more business. Medical clogs are out and water/slip resistant tennis shoes are in. I am grateful about the online registry they keep incase you lose your receipt and the buy one get one 50% off. I recently returned a pair of shoes for a different size and they shipped a proper pair to me for free.
