Owner was lovely, place was clean, nail design was not like my sister and I requested.
Requested style: I showed a picture of a starry nail design and asked if he (the nail tech) could do it, which he replied with yes, but it doesn't look like my request.

I haven't gotten my nails done much, but now that I've found an awesome nail place I definitely will! Vee was very warm and helpful figuring out a good color. My husband loves black on me, and I love black and green. She mixed two colors to have the effect be really cool and both my husband and I love them! They look black at a glance, but when the light hits them just right they are the most gorgeous deep green. ?

Terrible service. My nails look so ugly, they’re bulky and not even. The guy cut me twice and got mad once he saw I was crying but proceeded to put something that made my cuts burn more and said ok we are done. but my nails looked like trash. He was clearly not done. he just wanted to be done. he rushed the whole time and nail polish kept clumping on him so he must have been frustrated by that. There was no patience and my nails look so bad I will need to get them done again and pay another 55$. I really just wanted to leave and get away from this place so fast. I’ve never experienced someone do this bad before I’m horrified from this experience. The girl was nice and asked if I was ok though so maybe just go with her. I’m new in the area just looking for decent place to get my nails done and this was just not it.

The person who did my pedicure couldn't speak English so did the most expensive pedicure which I didn't want... it was painful and not relaxing like I always feel when I have pedicures will not go there again... the Polish was done very sloppily as well... ? $55 wasn't way too much to spend for the bad experience. I also had to wait 1 hour from my appointment time to even get started.

This place is absolutely the best salon I've been too. It's very chill & welcoming!!
The owner is AMAZING at what she does.. she also let's you vent about your life & gives great feedback!!
10/10 recommend!!!!! I'll definitely be going back when I need a fill.. she also does cluster lashes, teeth whitening & eyebrows as well! TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!

Stylist: This was my first and last time going here.
They had decent reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm not sure of the women's name who did my gel manicure but she had very long coppery colored hair. She completed my gel manicure in about 15 minutes (no exaggeration). She dried my nails under the light for about 15 seconds and kept telling me to switch, not letting them dry in complete. She was rushing me for the next person waiting to get there's done. I did ask her if they were going to turn out ok due to the lack of drying and of course was reassuring me "she'd take great care of me". Low and behold 2 days later one nail was chipping and the day after that, 2 nails had the polish completely come off. I then had a male for the pedicure. Truthfully he did a great job and was very thorough but unfortunately after getting home and inspecting things, he missed about 1/3 of the nail on each of my big toes when applying topcoat. I don't expect perfection when going to these places, but for $100 they could try a little harder. I can't stand the rushing. If I wanted my polish to come off in 3 days I would have just painted my own nails with regular polish. Unfortunatelu I wouldn't recommend.

It was my first time here and I got a full set. I’m usually very wary of new places because of so many bad experiences and here the gal who did my nails did a good job. She was quick and efficient, but only question I was asked was how long and what shape otherwise silence. The incense was almost choking right when you walked in but then after 5 minutes it was better since I had gotten used to it. Now my flaws. I didn’t see any cleaner or disinfectant for the drill tips(they may have some somewhere and I didn’t see it, but most salons have tips soaking in it at their desk and both stations running just had the tray they sat in). The nail clippers and cuticle clippers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned ever, and utilized in my service. Lastly, I have one nail that is wider than the others because of an injury. It’s very noticeably wider, and she put a regular sized tip on my nail but just filed away my natural nail to fit the tip.

Made an appt with 2 days notice. Went in on Wednesday to have my nails filled (acrylic) and a gel color, my usual process. The gentleman who did my nails was so inexperienced. He kept skimming the Dremel off my nails hitting my skin. This left my cuticles and skin around my nails bleeding and painful. I took some Ibuprofen, sucked it up and left. Next day fingers are still sore. Friday we left town for my birthday and polish is coming off in layers and polish underneath is tacky like they weren't left under the UV long enough. So glad my regular guy, at another salon, is back in town so I dont have to go back. Live and you learn I suppose.
