I came to MHH to get a PT assessment with Cassidy. She is TERRIFIC! I really appreciated her kindness, knowledge, and professionalism as she evaluated my condition. I had tripped and fallen on my side a few months ago and was trying to recover on my own (you know, the diy version!) but didn't really make much progress. She showed me a few stretches and exercises to begin with and when I left the office I felt like a million bucks! I know that won't be everyone's story, but it was mine!! Two weeks later, I am still experiencing relief and seeing progress as I faithfully do a few exercises each day. Amazing!

Natalie and Claire are great, funny, and real!
I was unhappy with how I was feeling after I ate and just in general. I was always tired, headaches, muscle aches, and my brain fog was crazy to the point I would stutter to try and find the right words let alone ANY words really. I, like most started with my PCP and of course didn't hear what I was looking for because I knew it was deeper than that and she didn't care to even ask those things. I was told to walk for 15 minutes and the weight will fall off and I will feel great. I found Mitchell Holistic and I am forever grateful. I started with Claire, she dove deep. She wanted to hear about everything (no stones left unturned). She wanted to do a blood test to find out where my levels (thyroid, etc) were truly at. Once those results came in we started on one diet plan. We thought this would be a 2-3 month process and I guess my body works in layers. That plan was working but still wasn't ready for re-introductory so we went back to the drawing board and tried another, more strict plan as I noticed I was having troubles with night shades. I was discouraged because I just wanted to add new things in. As I got through this second, more strict plan, I actually said I was thankful! I was feeling better, it wasn't actually as hard as I thought to eat this way and why wouldn't I when I feel great afterwards. It was becoming my new normal and I feel if I was done after month 2...would it have stuck? Probably not. So we dove deeper as I was still unable to introduce new foods. Hair test it was!!! Why didn't I just do this one from the beginning...because I wanted to try the other ways first! This was a game changer because now I knew EXACTLY what my body liked and didn't/couldn't tolerate.
I started to meet with Natalie at the beginning of all of this as well and we found out that STRESS is huge and plays a major part. She started me on DNRS and I loved watching and listening to this lady speak. It was inspiring. There were times I questioned my journey and the DNRS path but I was recently away (vacation kind of) for a month and realized I was actually following the DNRS in a different way and succeeding.
In my 8 months working with these two ladies I have lost 50+ pounds. Was it what I went in for, no but it was a great perk that I have loved! I can now teach my kids the things I have learned which is empowering. These two ladies truly listen and try to understand who you are and how you work so they can create and help you form plans that will work for you as an individual. They are always there to answer questions, to be your cheerleader and encourage you on this journey.

This past year I’ve seen a huge change in my lifestyle, mindset, and health because of Mitchell Holistic Health. The program I chose was formed at my pace and Claire Mitchell did a wonderful job responding to my goals for myself. She supported me throughout my program and I can’t thank them enough for their commitment and guidance to my health. I look forward to continuing my focus on my health and well-being with Mitchell Holistic Health.

I have been working with Mitchell Holistic for a month now and love the results so far! I am down 9lbs, no more heart palpitations and have more energy. The program is easy to follow they give you plenty of tips and are very supportive.

Came in wanting to find help and an answer to my emotional roller coaster I was on and was seeking therapies outside of Mitchell Holistic Health prior to my visit here. Kelsey was so good at explaining fully what they do here to accommodate each individual on their health journey and I was not expecting to feel THIS GOOD THIS FAST! I took on all the things that were set up for me individually and felt so SUPPORTED the entire time. My mind is so much clearer, I have so much more energy for my four kids, and I honestly feel RENEWED in all aspects of my life! I highly recommend this place, I was suffering physically and mentally for many years prior to finding them.

My son gave me a gift certificate for some sessions at Mitchell Holistic Health. My arthritis was preventing me from my usual physical activity. I made an appointment and presented Jordan with my goals of reducing inflammation and losing weight (it's hard to lose weight when you can't move). Two months in and not only am I experiencing less joint pain, but I have dropped 23 pounds. I'm not where I want to be, so I'm still a work in progress, but the results, so far, are very gratifying. I highly recommend this place if you're determined to feel better without dangerous drugs. Thank you Jordan for your help.

Phillip is awesome and the team is super friendly! Phillip totally helped relieve my shoulder pain. I'm back to doing all the strength and weight lifting I haven't been able to do for the past 8 months. Pain free. I would totally go back without hesitation if anything flared up again.

I would definitely recommend Mitchell Holistic Care to anyone who is looking for some deeper answers involving your own health. It was with some frustration of other health places, with a 15 min. doctor visit, only to feel my questions unanswered by them.
When I came to Mitchell Holistic Care with my concerns about my thyroid and all the ups/downs I had in the last 4years. They gave me the help I needed in changing my habits that I didn’t know was adding to many of the problems I faced with my thyroid not fully functioning. It’s still an on going journey in regulating my thyroid to where I’d like it to be but now I feel I have a better grasp on things that can be done with there help.
The team at Mitchell Holistic Care takes the time to know your needs and does a great job in following up on each step you make in being a better healthier you. It’s a great experience and gives you so many more choices on the way to being in charge of a better healthier you.

Over the 12 sessions, Phil was always available and took time to help me better understand what I needed to do to manage my condition. Best thing I ever have done for my lower back pain and sciatica nerve pain! I’m a very skeptical person about my treatments and I have had Sciatica pain for over 10 years I’ve been to the doctors and chiropractors. Nothing worked. Only band aided the problem. After my last injury that had made me bed ridden for 6 to 8 months I tried a new doctor an they referred me to Philip as they had a patient like me that went to him an they had great luck. So I tried him out and after the 2 nd dry needle treatment I was pain free! With GOTA and his treatments I have never felt better in the last decade! I have so much more energy to move around an pick up heavy stuff I wouldn’t dare to lift before, it gave me my life back! So thanks to Philip a the team for finding my root cause an putting together a treatment program that worked for me! Highly recommend!

I started having pain in my lower back several years ago which eventually progressed into my hips and then down my legs. It had gotten so bad that there were days when I could barely function. I missed work and had difficulty performing even the most basic of tasks. My pain level at times was a 10 out of 10...unbearable.
When I saw the Mitchell Holistic Health ad on Facebook, I wondered if they could help me. My husband suggested I give them a call.
On my first visit, Phillip performed a thorough exam and asked a lot of questions. He assured me that he could help me reduce my pain and return me to a normal life.
I notice improvement after my very first visit. Phillip suggested some changes to my diet and gave me some stretching and strengthening exercises to do. He also introduced me to FSM treatments and dry needling which I've never had before. I was amazed at how much better I felt after only one visit!
And my condition has only improved with time. I am now pain free and no longer afraid to go shopping or on a walk with my grandchildren.

I have spent 4 years reaching out to doctors, trying different things, feeling absolutely lost and left with setback after setback. I knew things were off, despite my blood work saying it was "normal". There were a lot of contributing factors that I couldn't pinpoint without some specialised health. I remember my first meeting with Jordan and knowing I was falling into a deep depression and feeling like I had no control over my body, she put my mind at ease. She didn't sugar coat anything but also really wanted to get to know every detail of my life and what I was experiencing and how I lived. That felt reassuring because I knew there were factors to what contributed to these changes in my life and I needed answers. Jordan did some extra testing and came back with a better picture of what was wrong and started a game plan for me. I began feeling better within 2 weeks. After the first month I had lost 6lbs and was seeing myself in the mirror again. It was like the light was back in my eye and my energy was getting better. I'm still on this journey with Mitchell Holistic Health and I'm so excited to see the progress I make as well as what I'll learn about myself along the way. I'm so grateful for this investment in myself. I wish I had done it sooner.

I had been miserable trying to deal with some weird nausea symptoms. I started researching functional medicine clinics in the area and I was drawn to Mitchel Holistic after hearing about another friend going there. I finally have relief and I appreciated that they actually offered in depth testing to give me a solid reason for why I felt the way I did. Everyone on staff is wonderful to work with. I also loved the availability of virtual appointments since I live 50 minutes away.

My main complaints were extremely brain fog and fatigue. My symptoms were so bad it affected my every day life. I was so down and frustrated. I tried other providers, adding supplements and small life style changes with no big symptom improvement. I saw an add on Facebook for Mitchell Holistic Health and thought I’ll just see what they have to say. To be honest I was skeptical and worried about it being a money scam. I wasn’t expecting big changes but told myself to jump in 100% because I needed to improve my symptoms.
I can not begin to express how grateful I am to work with Kelsey and the team at Mitchell Holistic Health! The dietary changes were intimidating at first but easily to implement even as a busy mom. Within the first week I had a noticeable decrease in inflammation. My brain fog improved and continues to get better! I have energy for my day and then some! I had other symptoms that started to improve too such as achy joints, sinus pressure and poor sleep. I am so thankful for the help I receive from Kelsey. She helped me not only improve my symptoms but she has encouraged and supported me to make the life style changes that will be sustainable!
