The Onalaska location is a great location with generally awesome and helpful employees who are super professional, kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service. Items can be ordered online with updates on arrival. While the store and garden center can get very busy, and occasional pricing issues occur, customers are never disappointed with the help received.

Really busy in the garden center today. Went inside to check out, it was a little bit better. Unfortunately, the cashier couldn't find the right price for the pavers we had, and my son had to show her a picture so that she would get it right.
