Would have been nice to not have any interest for 2 years but not giving them a video with a picture ID. NEVER have had to do that in the past. But rest of the experience was good. He didn’t rush or pressure me even though it was less than 15 minutes until closing time. I noticed as I was leaving, he was still working with the other couple, maintaining his respectful, friendly conduct, when it was now minutes after closing time.

I was impressed. His professionalism carried me through the sale and financing details with clarity. He was thorough despite time pressure.

I am so excited about the product I chose to buy. I compared it two other pieces. It’s beautiful, fits me and won’t take up a huge footprint in our small space.
