Not even the dealer would touch the issues I was having because they were too "odd" and wasn't a straightforward job. And honestly, I'm glad they wouldn't as they probably would have totaled it or just rage quit in the middle of the job. It truly was a novel issue and apparently now I'm the precedent in some national database for future issues like this (neat *eye roll*). That said, Luke's internal and external networks of people who actually enjoy what they do and love challenging repairs dove in head first and, while it still wasn't cheap, it was likely thousands less than it would've been at a dealer or less experienced shop. Took my truck in because i had leak spots in my driveway. I told them I thought it was my transmission pan gasket. They looked at it and agreed. $660 bill. Brought it home and a week later the oil spots were back in my driveway. Brought it back to lukes. They found an oil filter adapter leak. Another $900 project. Needless to say initially I was upset. Lukes offered to credit me what I paid for the first bill towards the second bill. They didn't have to do that as both leaks needed to be fixed. A great group of stand up guys who I feel try to do right by the customer. They will always get my business.

Went for alignment last year and ended up could not align. Bad bushing. Paid for inspection. 64.00. I fixed the part called around for alignment and if not able to align how much would inspection be. Highest price I got was 35.00. Recently took a truck for front end inspection somewhere else 25.00 plus tax. Had the truck in and out 15 minutes.Told me what was wrong. Lukes priced abit high for me. Not go back there again
