If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would! I wouldn't let thus place work on my pedal bike, I took my bike there to get fixed after hitting a deer. They had my bike for over 7 months and when I got it back it didn't even look like the same bike and there are still damaged parts they put on the insurance estimate but didn't fix. I've talked to Tony at service and Brody one of the owners and neither of them want to make it right.... so long story short guess I'll be getting a lawyer so I can get my bike back to the way it was

I've been up to LA Crosse on my Harley many time and can't figure out why I've never stopped here. They are nice people with a good merchandise selection and no one attacked me at the door trying to sell me a new bike. I like that. Don't know if I'll have the change to buy anything more from them but if I do I will.

It was so HOT outside !!! We stopped in with friends on our trip and enjoyed the air conditioning and cold water. Really nice staff that was willing to discuss all sorts of bike topics. Great selection of new bikes. Great spot for pictures with backdrop.

Symon was instrumental in assisting and guiding me to the right bike for me. He took time to understand what I wanted in a bike and then paired me accordingly. I felt that he was authentic throughout the process and was interested in seeing me make a purchase I would be happy with. I never once felt skeptical about anything throughout the process and, in fact, relied upon my trust in him to make my final selection. I dont know thatll Ill ever deal with anyone else for future purchases. And Brody, thank you for taking the time and interest in taking to me about the fascinating history of the Fat Boy.
