I am storing furniture because I am moving, and the lock on my unit somehow was broken and wouldn't open with the key. I called the owner and the customer service was amazing! He went and grabbed his tools 20 minutes away and was able to cut off the lock for me. He also did it free of charge! It was amazing and saved me a lot of time and money. Definitely recommend!!!

Rented with Ironside for about 5 years. Life has been a rollercoaster with Ironside being one of the few things we actually could count on. Not quite the cheapest price in onalaska/lacrosse but we don’t care, when we are back in the area we will come here first without a doubt. THANKS MITCH!

It's a very convenient storage unit, well maintained the owner really takes great care of the place! We've been renting a unit for almost 2 years whenever we've had a question they've been very responsive.

The customer service is fantastic! The website advertised 24 hour service, and they meant it! I had a small emergency and needed to access my belongings at 3 am, and it was no problem! The staff are incredibly nice and show much hospitality. The entire process, from renting the unit, storing my things,and paying the bill was incredibly easy. The month-to-month lease on all storage units was incredibly nice, especially since many places that I have been to will have slightly different deals (i.e. 2 months, etc) on different sized units in order to turn a profit. Bill pay can be done all online, so no need to get a bill in the mail or even pay at the site!

This place is great. The online bill pay is the way to go. Makes it much easier. And in the winter months they clean the snow off great and they do month to month. What's not to like?
