My son and I met with sales person, Mary. She showed us a few different sectionals. After seeing all of them, I told here we are going to 3 or 4 different places, and we will make our choice today. She gave me her card.We went back, I liked a few sectionals at different places.The reason we went back? No one else came up to meet with me.

Justin is awesome to work with! He’s attentive, detail oriented, and always leaves the door open. He doesn’t push you, he simply gives you the information you need in order to make the best decision for yourself. He works quick but with a chill attitude. And he knows the products like the back of his hand! Buying furniture with him was a breeze because he is very knowledgeable. He made things easy for us, giving us space when needed and listening and offering bits of information he thought would help us. Also, I don’t feel like you can find a lot of customer service associates who know how to balance the give and take when communicating and selling. Justin is very good at it. Overall, Justin was great, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again next time we drop by.

Went in the HOM store looking for a patio umbrella. A salesman named Jared came up and was very helpful in finding what we needed and even helped us load it in our car. The HOM had a better price and better quality than the big box store. TU

Purchased 2 dinning chairs with them and really liked the design. They worked well with the other 2 we already had, even though the models are different. Jared was very friendly and fun. Great sales man! Made us feel good during the whole purchase experience.

Knew what I was looking for. Gave Ryan S the price mark. He found something and I sat on the chair. Bought a loveseat, chair and ottoman. He was so helpful. If I need anything else in the future, I will definitely be back.
