“I joined Driftless about a year and a half ago while attending UWL. I saw a friend post on social media about their CrossFit journey and eventually I decided I had to give it a go. From day one I was welcomed in and even though I was a complete beginner I never felt out of place. The coaches are knowledgeable and even though there’s a whole group of people there they give you the time like you’re the only one to ensure good, consistent technique. I also can’t say enough about the community! Everyone is kind and supportive of each other inside and outside of the gym. It’s truly been a blessing to be a part of and I will miss it like crazy!”

“I was a member at Coulee Fitness. Would still be had I not moved from Wisconsin. I always felt comfortable about myself at the gym. Never felt like I had to compete with the beautiful bodies. Staff was always very friendly and helpful any time I had questions or needed help. I suffer from erosive osteoarthritis so I have no strength in my hands. Anytime I needed help with adjusting equipment staff was right there to help. If it was during staffed hours other members were always willing to help. I would highly recommend Coulee Fitness as the go to gym in the area. Feels like you belong to a family! Alex is amazing he has made so many improvements to the gym. He is approachable and always willing to help and answer questions. He is very knowledgeable and will help you with a workout guide catered to your needs and where you are at physically when joining! “My husband goes there and finds it to be a great place to workout with the equipment he likes to use. Its clean and the one near us, is in walking distance so he gets an added workout walking there. The owner is friendly and goes to all of the workout places every day.”
