Poor care. They rate a 1 in my book. No room was available after recovery. We had to wait 2 hours 15 minutes to finally get to the clean room. At that time there was no food for my husband even though he hadn't eaten in over 24 hours. He got a vending machine sandwich and bag of chips. Their cafeteria was closed for the night. Did they care? No. It didn't seem to matter to anyone. Poor care. It didn't seem to matter that they can charge $100000 for surgery and not have a room ready.

My Dr here is excellent. However, she wonders why I come in for checkups and care so irregularly. I went in to see a different doctor for shoulder pain, the Dr asked me a few questions, manipulated and tested my shoulder strength for 5 minutes and gave me a cortisone shot. Charges over $650. THIS is why I don't go to the Dr.

I saw how the housekeeping staff was treated by the nursing staff. Absolutely abhorrent. Left a horrible taste in my mouth that these people are charged with the well-being of our health and care. Changing HMOs so I can go to MAYO as soon as humanly possible.

Had my Rheumatoid arthritis Dr Megan Boudek for a few years now and I have been having issue's with a couple of fingers. She refuses to treat me for gout as my uric acid levels weren't in the double digits. It has been confirmed I have gouty arthritis. I will not recommend this doctor as thanks to her I have lost faith that doctors will listen to the patients.

I had my appointment at 1:15 and they did not call me till 2:15
When I ask receptionist person check me in they forgot to check me in
It’s took total 1 hr 15 mints for 2 minutes
Need staff training !
