Editing my stars to one. If i could go to zero, i would.
Everything valuable was stolen within a few days of renting. The door wouldn’t close well enough to be locked. The first unit i was assigned to was full of obvious unwanted items to someone else. I moved to another one that cant lock which got everything stolen. Could say i had too much faith in humanity before i could figure out another way to lock my things up. Moved everything to another unit without permission because they wouldn’t answer their phone despite still being open for another 20 minutes.
When you call, whoever answers is usually too busy to talk. Still waiting to hear back about whether the cameras work or not. I went here for convenience and nothing was convenient at all. Its been a week!
With that, i give another star because the lady seems nice on the other end of the line.

It isn't managed well. All the empty units, you would think, were just wasted space and a sign of disinterested management. They should hire me to manage their facilities and in a matter of 60 days I would likely double their revenue stream and make a career for myself simultaneously. Just an idea. Message me. :)
