I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 30 days. They were both plug in electric style vehicles. The process was very fair and friendly. The Dahl family of dealerships is superior to the rest, in my opinion, and I plan to purchase my cars and have them serviced by them in the future.

So this started 2 weeks ago. I HAD to go to Dahl Ford in Onalaska to get an antenna mount that broke replaced under warranty. Soonest I could bring it in (after telling them it was a broken mount) was 1 week ago. I got there at 8am . They called me at 1pm and told me to pick up the truck , they would call the warranty dept.and we could make a second appointment to get the job done. They said they would call me last week Friday or latest Monday.I am still waiting for the call. I have left 4 messages the last not very nice but no call. I tried every option on the phone tree and all went to voicemail EXCEPT sales. Moral to this post is you can buy your truck there as I did but you cannot get service. I called Sleepy Hollow Ford got in 1 day they are working on it as I type and it will be done in30 minutes. So even with driving time I have less time invested then to just drive it to Dahl leave it for 5 hrs to be told what I had told them. I suggest all ford owners in La Crosse take the short drive to Viroqua and save yourself the Dahl frustration

I have purchased two trucks from this Dahl location and my family has used Dahl to do business for several years. I recently purchased a truck November of 2023. It was brought to my attention at the time of purchase that there was a rear pinion seal that was compromised and leaking fluid. They claimed they had fixed it a few days later after originally telling me it would take awhile to get the new seal in. However I took my truck in to a local shop in June and they made me aware that this rear pinion seal was still leaking. They showed me multiple pictures of the leak. And I have verified the oil substance around that specific seal myself as well. After a month of trying to contact my salesman and leaving voicemails I have heard nothing back and this is officially the last time I will be using Dahl. Terrible customer service.

Bought 2 40,000 vehiclea over 2 years and each one the day i bought it had issues.
Engine issues sesor issues pieces falling off they bought the first one back but i loat 10 grand and now with my 2nd car iv wasted over 20 hours at the shop in the first 3 weeks iv owned it and it took 4 attempts to fix the problem

Rude customer service, no follow up and a lack of returning multiple calls left, regarding an update on our truck that was in for service.
Additionally, we tried talking with sales regarding purchasing another truck, after two requests and receiving no follow up call, we purchased from another dealer.
Dahl Ford doesn't understand what customer service means.
