New to the area and needed some quarters to do laundry. They refused to exchange a 20 dollar bill for quarters due to fact I wasn't a member of their bank. My wife and I have no desire to become members of a bank that can't help people with a equal exchange.

Overall Great bank for both Personal and Business. Customer service is very good and they are extremely competitive.
