If I could give 0 stars I would. Best Buy has been absolutely horrendous to work with. We bought our appliances from them 18 months ago and our freezer has now been broken for 6 weeks. We pay extra for the tech plan but that's a waste of money. Everytime we call, we are thanked for being a 'valued' tech member. Apparently how they value us is by not showing up for 3 scheduled appointments to 'fix' our freezer. Then when the guy does show up he never fixes the problem. How many parts on a fridge do you replace until you just replace the entire appliance????? The money you have spent on replacing random parts, sending a guy here to work, and customer service to answer our phone calls, you would have saved money to just replace the entire appliance. I will never be buying appliances from best buy again. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

They kept delivering me dented dryer after dented dryer. Said The system wouldn’t let them order me a replacement and they would call me back and never did. I paid full price for a dented dryer. Used to spend 10k a year with you guys

I always am leary of going to best buy. The pressure from the associates to help you even if you don't want it. The pressure to then buy into things you don't need! But I was pleasantly surprised when going that after saying we had it under control that the associate backed off! I as a person with anxiety really appreciate that ability to breath get my bearings! And allowed me to find exactly what I wanted no pressure!

I purchased a car stereo with free installation, but the installation was booked out 30 days in advance. On the day of my 10am appointment, I left my vehicle outside and left multiple messages to inform the technicians where the keys were.
You can't call the store directly anymore, and I received no callback, so I went back to check a few hours later. Inside the store, I was informed that the technician had quit weeks ago (no signs posted), yet there was no message, email, or any communication about this. I received a refund for the car stereo but had to ask for compensation for the inconvenience. I was given a $50 gift certificate for the 4 hours of time, multiple trips to the store, and general runaround with support and still no stereo, so I get to start that over somewhere else.
Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I went in tonight to replace my phone USBC cable as my block got too hot & the port was melted in to it. Dylan was working the door and asked what I was looking for? As I told him I pulled the ruined items from my purse. As I did this a manager came over to also look. He told Dylan what cable I'd need. Dylan lead me just a few feet away to the cables. Thank you Dylan and Best Buy for the fast and friendly service, I was in/out in under five minutes!!

I was in the store and picked out over 5 thousand dollars worth of items for our new business. A consultant was scheduled to call for a site visit and assist in install. It’s been 5 weeks with multiple attempts to call, leave messages, and no one returns calls. Very disappointing as I’m 19 days away from opening my business. Always been pleased with Best Buy but will not ever buy another item from them. A friend of mine was planning to upgrade all of her items in her sports bar but she also will move on. Very disappointing that they can’t even return a call.

No dedicated place for order pickups, you have to wait in line for a register. No clear lines for the registers, just a cluster.
