So, I bought a $1800.00 mattress. When it was delivered, I was given the wrong mattress. They gave mine to someone else.... Then it took a whole 2 weeks to get the right one. In between that time, the "amazing wooden base" the owner claimed was his best product. All of the boards snapped on it and when I was in there buying it, he told me that it could hold me and my GF and 100lbs dog. Soo about 800lbs.
Soo his delivery Guys come and "fix it" what does it do? It breaks again.... soo after 4 more days finally, the owner gives me a metal frame. (The thing I asked for right away) Now, I am leaving a 2 star, because the owner did do his best to make it right and gave me free sheets and took my old box spring away for free. But overall not great experience.

Dave was awesome to work with. He pointed us in the right direction for our budget and taste of comfort. He was knowledgeable on the different products, and honest in his recommendations. I would suggest them to anyone wanting a new night of sleep without the sales pressure.

This was initially going to be our first stop of many in search of a new mattress. Dave was very knowledgeable about his product. He asked pointed questions about our needs prior to even starting to have us try out the mattresses so he knew what would work and what would not for our situation. Thus not wasting our time trying every one and being confused. He was not pushy at all. Very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We have great peace of mind dealing with someone local and know if any questions come up he is only a phone call away. His laid back nature and comfort in the knowledge of the product and listening skills is what helped us make the decision to buy here and not shop around anywhere else. Great job and looking forward to a good nights sleep once our shipment comes in. Thanks Dave for your compassion in what you do to help others get a great nights sleep.

After trying two other mattress companies, I was referred to America’s Mattress. The store was clean, and we were immediately welcomed and offered assistance. After disclosing past experiences and issues with other mattresses, we were directed to multiple options and explained the differences. Dave also explained price points, payment options, trial periods, and answered all my questions with ease. I appreciated the inclusion of a mattress protector, free delivery and removal of my old mattress. It was also easy to coordinate a time for delivery. I am glad I followed the recommendation and would certainly offer the same recommendation to others.

Being new to the area we swung by one of the big chain stores. After having a bad experience with the salesman there... we googled mattresses and discovered this shop just across the street. Oh wow... Definitely a huge difference in customer service. Dave took his time and showed us exactly what we were looking for.After testing out a few... we ended up buying both a King and Queen size. Definitely a great experience!!! Will definitely be buying from there again. Thanks Dave!!!
