“Who knew banking could be the favorite part of my day?! When I got to Citizens today, I was welcomed with something cold to drink and warm greetings all around.For my business, I use the Profit First method which means I split my money up into 4 separate checking accounts. When I’ve mentioned this to other bankers, I got weird looks but both Andrew and Cassie said “I got you” and got to work. During my visit, I saw them break out a fresh can of whipped cream that they put on top of their Free Coffee. And yes Free Coffee as in, you can drive through any location and get a coffee, hot chocolate, soda, hot cider, water, and even the fancy sparkling water.Today changed the way I get to look at my banking for the better.
