I have been following Joan from salon to salon since 1991! Wherever Joan works is a better place because of her. She gave my daughter her first haircut and just recently cut and colored her hair for college registration photos! We enjoy the salon, too, but it’s all about Joan!

I had appointment yesterday for Pedicure. I went to my 10 am appt, when I got to salon she said I was not in the schedule. I showed her the text message from Leann, showing the date and time. She offered me an appointment for today at noon instead. She said unless you don't want to come. Yes, I want my pedicure I'm here now when my appointment was! I get a text message this morning saying she can't make today's appointment, but she could do it tomorrow, which is Sunday. Again she said I understand if you can't come. Why would I want to try again when she has bailed 2 x already. Very poor customer service, I would never go back. This is my 1st time meeting her, very bad 1st impression. I was referred to Leann from my regular technician, she had surgery and I had to go someplace else. You would think since she was referred she would be reliable.

Very disappointed in the customer services practice of this business. I attempted to make an appt for a facial and pedicure for my daughter's birthday. When I called, the girl I spoke with stated she would have to check the schedule for the girl that does facials, and give me a call back. Several days went by, and I had not received a call, so I called again. I had to leave a voice mail because no one answered the phone. Several days again went by, and I still did not receive a phone call. This time, I went to their website and sent them an email, using the "contact us" link. Several days has again gone by, and I still have not received a phone call or a reply. Apparently they are busy enough that they do not need additional customers?
