very sweet and patient. The vet i saw took time to listen to ALL my concerns and she made sure to address and assess each area of concern. my dog wasnt the most cooperative but she didn't seem to mind and made it a comforting experience.

All of the staff are very compassionate and professional. They were wonderful to us when we had to make the decision to release our elder lab from his pain .

I was in a car accident with my dog, Cooper. He was quite shook up. The day after, he wasn’t eating or drinking and was just real lethargic. I called Omro Animal hospital and Dr Adam was able to see him. Typically, Cooper loves the vet. He has always had positive experiences when we would go. This day, he wanted nothing to do with Dr Adam. He was growling and showing his teeth. Dr Adam was super patient with Cooper, allowing Cooper the time he needed to calm himself and trust the him. Some time, peanut butter and a handful of treats later, Cooper allowed Dr Adam to examine him. I was so impressed with the patience, understanding and kindness Dr Adam showed Cooper during a time when Cooper needed it most. Thank you so much! I will never take my animals anywhere else!
