I like this gas station it is got good price on snacks and drinks and have alot of tabacoo products to choose from qnd vapes also at a good price and the owner is a very nice gentleman also when i am there

Whoever the cashier is there is a horrible human being. Got a car wash at the pump, paid $9. First of all this was the worst car wash ever and secondly there is are multiple signs by the wash that are clearly marked with the wash I paid for being $8. I went in to ask for my dollar back and his response was that someone must have removed the stickers - I mean who would do that?! Then he told me I was the person who removed them (yeah over $1 cmon). He then proceeded to tell me never to come back that he didn’t want customers like me. Customers who buy your products and gas? I’ll pay an extra couple cents and get gas at kwik trip from now on if I’m in Omro. Too bad I usually stop there once a week.

A lot of places have gone to prepay only. This place is the only one so far that does not make you prepay that helps. I hate going to pay for stuff separate.

The cashier or owner was a real piece of work. On the HOTTEST day of the year so far, I walked in to grab a 1/4 cup of ice (done this in numerous gas station and there was no price listed for a cup of ice, if there is I pay no questions asked) and just about to walk out when he makes an ordeal out of it and told me I was not welcome back! I see why kwik trips are prospering in this community and w one being next door, and having great customer service, I won't be returning here. 0 stars should be an option.

Got gas went to use car wash. Paid the 6 dollars and nothing happened. Went in store and was told they couldn’t do anything and the manager comes in on Sunday. So we are out the 6 dollars.
