I have stopped in a few times because my check engine light came on or my “wrench” light. I don’t remember who helped me as it was a different guy every time. Always helped. Hooked it up to a diagnostic and told me the issue and how much it would cost to fix it and if it needed to be done right away. Took sons car in and a guy looked at it and said what he thought it was and said they are making appointments really far out. I called and whoever I spoke to wasn’t pleasant but I also didn’t have a time and day id like to bring the car in and they were busy. He said they’d have to get the car up and take a look. I took my son’s car back in at the time they said and Bob just came out and looked and listened and told what he thought it was and how much it would cost to fix it. I asked if it would be under warranty and he advised I check that first. So he clearly wasn’t out to just make a buck off of me. So we will be taking my son’s car in. I was a bit annoyed how one guy said they were making appointments far out but Bob said we could come in 2 days later (it was a fri). And annoyed they said they had to get it in the air to take a look. I could’ve just asked Bob to look at it when I was there the first time instead of the other guy. We will see how it goes with the work and how promptly they get it done. Have never been charged for someone to take a look at our vehicles

Had an appointment set up with them for a ignition interlock install, time of the appointment they said they didn’t have devices shipped yet, but the interlock company said they were. made me sit on the phone for hours and spend the better part of a day figuring everything out only to find out that master repair was lying about having said devices. maybe they were busy with other jobs? but lying to a customer like this and making them waste a whole day of their time is pretty unacceptable in my book. Used to get my tires done here, not anymore.

Got my breathalyzer device installed here. Had an appointment and they made me wait an hour before even starting. Took three hours to install the device because of system issues. They scheduled mandatory calibration in two months. Day of the appointment, I called and made sure it was okay to come in. Got here at 11:45AM and they tell me their internet is down, that it will hopefully be back up sometime this afternoon. Who knows if it will even be back up by then. A complete waste of time. I will never come back for any reason.

Long wait times for service. Place is a little dirty and run down.
Waited 4 months for diagnosing of our cart, got run around on short staffing, was told by the owner a mechaic punched another mechanic so hes down a guy, etc etc. Parts ordered but not coming in. Wanted NEW part and got a rebuilt one WITHOUT asking me first "new can be sent back reman cannot" and guess what? the reman part didnt solve the problem so that was a waste of a few hundred! GOT THE COMPLETE RUN AROUND AT THIS PLACE! Finally I had enough and went to get my cart, got it back with MISSING parts and missing keys. They had this cart for over 4 months and completed NOTHING... multiple calls on a regular and still couldn't get the job done!
Took to Jim's up in Depere and got it fully fixed including ordered parts and back within 10days.
On top of all this they offered 1400 dollars for my cart as it was when I came to retrieve it... " this cart is worth $5000 in good working condition, and I even bought $900 worth of brand new PRO golf cart battles from them 6 months ago!
Jim's in depere will get my business from now on.... worth the travel!

My sister and I were driving through Omro today, 9/30/2023. Her check engine light came on. We stopped in this shop. We didn't catch the name of the worker but he was extremely helpful. He ran the diagnostic test on her vehicle, researched the results and gave advice on what to do. He was able to reset the code so that we could make it back home. When asked how much, he wasn't going to charge us anything!!! He was given something for his time and trouble to help us. He was grateful for it. He was very busy and could have turned us away or charged us, but he chose not to. Great business ethics in my opinion. I just had to share our very positive experience with this shop. I will try to give them business in the future.

Back in April I came in to get some work done. Probably simple issue but I'm not sure. I had foot surgery so I wasn't able to work on it myself. After weeks and weeks of calling I constantly got the answer of 2 weeks, later this week, Monday, probably 2 more werk, for sure next Monday to eventually last week "you should just come get it we won't be getting around to it". After 4 months of sitting there with empty broken promises I get told to just come get it because they are never going to work on it.If it were possible I'd give less than 1 star as this has been the literal worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any shop for any vehicle type across the US.I wish I got the comfort of knowing they literally never touched it but idk if that is even true. I've gotten a lot of stories about it never having been touched and someone started working on it and then got fired.So hopefully it's no worse than when I dropped it off but idk if that is true.I could not possibly give a stronger recommendation do never do business with this establishment and I likely will never have someone take that title away.

My son-in-law had similar horrible experience with this business like the other bad reviews had mentioned. One says something else. Another staff says something different. Poor management. Worse customer service. Never does what they say. Liars liars liars! I repeat LIARS! we have proof of my son-in-law calling them over and over again for follow ups for a whole year. I can't believe my son-in-law even gave them many chances this long.

Be aware! These bad reviews are NOT lying!!!!! They really aren't consistent and aren't organized and aren't great at follow ups! Had to go somewhere else!
