I called ahead to place a large chicken order today. I spoke with Tracey. She said it would take 30 mins to have my order ready. I arrived on time and bought the chicken they had packaged up for me. I don’t know why, but the chicken was really dry and the breading was mushy and falling off. We order chicken regularly from lots of different Kwik Trips and never had a problem like this. It almost appears they may have given me old chicken bc there is no time stamp and it looks like there is a spot where a sticker was ripped off. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I will call the other Omro KT for all future orders. I was sharing with others who have never tried KT chicken. I had told them how good it was and boy, what I embarrassed. Not even the kids wanted to eat it.

I ordered a large pickup order including some drinks, sandwiches, mini tacos, and a sheet of their pumpkin bars. When I got there and called to confirm the order was ready, I was informed that it was QuikTrip policy to require 24-hour notice for Sheetz of any kind and was told that they would take it off of my total and refund it and the rest of my order was ready at my convenience. I then walked in the store approximately 10 minutes later to find that they had not even started getting my order ready and had not taken the sheet of pumpkin bars off of my total. They went ahead and charged me for it in the 10 minutes. It took me to go and get inside. I had called the Kwik Trip up in Oshkosh Wisconsin on Jackson Street and ask them if they happen to have a sheet of pumpkin bars that I could order for pickup and the lady there was extremely nice. She told me that they did have sheets but they were in the freezer and asked me when the party was and I told her it was going to be about 8:30 tonight and she was like. Oh yeah that's plenty of time for them to thaw. I'll get those ready for you right now. The Kwik trip here in omro on main Street was rude and extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Omro Kwik Trip. I'm not happy with the prepay. I don't enjoy wasting my time running back & forth to the pumps. And then to top it off you won't take checks anymore. Not everyone works with debit/credit cards. & Tonight when I spent $140.00 & want to put it on my reward card & said something to the cashier as I was digging it out he rang up the sale. & Didn't let me use my card & why should I waste my time having him redo the whole sale. As far as I'm concerned you are not the only gas station/convenient store there is. I can go else where!

Out of all the gas stations in Omro dont go here.I stopped for gas and a pizza used my debt card was told by cashier he wasnt sure if it went through but was told to check my account.Later got a phone call that zip was a drive off. The manager is an idiot he should of checked to be sure!!!
