They've never tried to sell me a fix for something that isn't broken, and will let me know something will need to be replaced soon or if it can wait.
If there's ever something wrong with my truck that I can't do myself, I'd have no problem bringing that in just like I do with my Hyundai”

131 East Main Street, Omro“I have stopped in a few times because my check engine light came on or my “wrench” light. I don’t remember who helped me as it was a different guy every time. Always helped. Hooked it up to a diagnostic and told me the issue and how much it would cost to fix it and if it needed to be done right away. Took sons car in and a guy looked at it and said what he thought it was and said they are making appointments really far out. I called and whoever I spoke to wasn’t pleasant but I also didn’t have a time and day id like to bring the car in and they were busy. He said they’d have to get the car up and take a look. I took my son’s car back in at the time they said and Bob just came out and looked and listened and told what he thought it was and how much it would cost to fix it. I asked if it would be under warranty and he advised I check that first. So he clearly wasn’t out to just make a buck off of me. So we will be taking my son’s car in. I was a bit annoyed how one guy said they were making appointments far out but Bob said we could come in 2 days later (it was a fri). And annoyed they said they had to get it in the air to take a look. I could’ve just asked Bob to look at it when I was there the first time instead of the other guy. We will see how it goes with the work and how promptly they get it done. Have never been charged for someone to take a look at our vehicles”
