There is always an issue at this location, avoid if you can. If you can't, stay patient.

This is the slowest, least empathetic pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Pharmacist argued with me telling me my dr had not sent in a prescription. I waited all day with acute pain and they blamed my problem on insurance. If you want to feel like your health is important, go somewhere else.

Sounds like they need to fix major issues with their pharmacy that keep causing their customers a lot of hassle.
