We are so thankful for Rob’s GREAT customer service! My husband crushed his phone on the job and needed a new phone ASAP. Rob was able to help us with a forgotten password and was so helpful throughout the whole process. We truly appreciate his professionalism. Ask for Andrew! He is very knowledgeable and HONEST. He made the whole experience of trading in/upgrading my phone seamless. He thoroughly explains each step and makes you feel comfortable that you are getting the most out of your phone and plan. He does not try to sell you on things you do not need but is also helpful when recommending products he truly believes in! He does his research so you don’t have to. Thank you Andrew!

Service was excellent. We were not planning on getting new phones at this time, but Andrew laid out all our options and found the best deal for us without the typical “high pressure sales pitch.” He was very patient with us as we asked a lot of questions.

My iphone suddenly began to act up. Andrew, who told me numerous times that he was pretty new, was super respectful, smart, funny and very patient. I am not a patient person so I really appreciated this. I watched him with other older customers and he was the same. With the help of his manager, he discovered that my SIM card was not working properly and found it had become dislodged when I'd dropped the phone two days earlier. After testing the phone with a different SIM, he returned my SIM to the phone. Problem solved! I would definitely come back to this store- great customer service!
