If you’re looking for a non-typical salesman, go see our guy Jason Reifschneider at Van Horn Oconomowoc for awesome conversation and to help find your next vehicle. He’s very easy to work with and tries to build a relationship to make sure you find the right fit, not just push a car payment on you. Great fella and after working with him to on a couple to get to our chosen one, we ended up learning about his interesting journey go this new career and he’s now invited to our place for a cookout. Car had some minor scratches which is to be expected with a used vehicle, but they fixed the more obvious ones without any hesitation!

Start to finish my vehicle buying experience was very positive. Jason listened to my concerns and provided the information needed to smoothly traverse the usually not so fun car buying experience.
Rather than the typical high pressure sales pitch Jason focused his attention on being as helpful as possible which led to a very satisfying experience.
I would highly recommend asking for him by name when visiting Van Horn Ford.

The employees were very courteous and respectful. They were understanding of the urgency of my issue and worked quickly to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. The service manager, Greg is very professional and knowledgeable. The service advisor, Dale provided clear and effective communication as to the status of my vehicle. The service techs did a great job in working through and identifying the solution to my issue which was not the case at another large ford service center. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at Van Horn Ford.

After searching for quite a few months and throughout different dealers, Van Horn is ultimately the best because of the people that work there! It’s not your typical high pressure sales situation. It’s an employee owned business and each person I encountered at Van Horn was wonderful! Not to mention I got a sizzling deal on the exact car I wanted, slightly used and in perfect condition. Billy is who I worked with the most and closed the deal with and he is awesome! Not to mention he has a glorious singing voice and is highly entertaining ? Thanks Billy and team, you all rock!

Complete waste of my time with the low milage buyback/lemon, dirty title, salvaged vehicles that they have on their lot. Pricing is whack. What a joke.
