Tons of parking behind the units when I drove by, but yet told (and not in the friendliest manner) that there was "no available space" for outdoor parking due to "development". Put me in a bind on finding quick, temporary storage (only 2 months) for my trailer.

Amazing, good price, easy, secure, convenient, access 24hrs.... Does it get any better? If you pay your bill and use the place properly you will have no issues. I loved it used it for years and am about to get another unit there. The fence broke once but they got me access immediately and fixed it promptly. Things happen ? it's how you respond that makes you great.

Very disappointed with their lack of honesty, willingness to help, overall customer service. I signed up with them solely because they had plenty of room in front of a 40ft unit for me to get a large boat in and out. I was promised that nothing was ever gonna be put in front of those units that would block me from being able to get a large boat in. Well that lasted for about a year then the large RV's started rolling in and getting parked in front of my unit. of course the largest ones directly in front of mine. I asked to have the smaller ones put in front of mine so I would have room. Their answer..."No, to much hassle". "But I tell ya what, we will let you know when those big RV's are used for a weekend, then you can go get your boat out atleast." Well where in the F am I gonna put it I ask!? Their answer again..."Not out problem". So my response is you are just kicking me out with no notice? Answer.."yes". Oh and they kept my extra months deposit too. Because I didn't give a months notice!!!! I don't think I'm allowed to swear on here, but CHEESE AND FREAKIN RICE! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I think you get the point on how upset I am. Oh,...and never found a place for the boat. Mint condition boat that I loved. Had to sell it. As far as I"m concerned they owe me the $40K gem of a boat I had to give up. Dont do business with them! If they want you out, they will get you out!

It has been good. We have 2 units for about a year now and seems just fine. We like that it has a security fence so you can get in anytime you need to.
