Silver lake auto was incredible! I had a car sitting for a few months, had it towed to silver lake and I expected it to take weeks considering how long other places have taken in the past. It was done in two days! Austin was amazing, my car feels brand new and a lot of the new parts came with awesome warranties. I’d also give the tow truck driver 12 stars if I could!!! Highly recommend. Happy I kept it local :)

I have been using Silver Lake for many years. My service was done quickly. The service has been great and the use of a free loaner, when needed, is a real plus.

Had an issue with my GMC while traveling to Oconomowoc late last week. First stop was to the local GM dealers who had no availability to get the vehicle in on a short time line. We were leaving to go back to NC in two days. Stopped by Silver Lake and Michael was super helpful and accommodating. He quickly booked me in late on Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon I had a complete diagnostic report of not only my two issues I identified but other areas of the vehicle that either need attention or required watching. He communicated very effectively and quickly. After authorization of services, my vehicle was back in my hands by mid day Friday and I was able to return home on Saturday. I highly recommend them and appreciate the way they handled a stranded traveler in time of need!

After continually forgetting to get new tires, I was able to get in last minute. Turns out the Honda dealership gave me false info on my brake maintenance too… I was able to get into Silver Lake the day after I put in my request. Austin was wonderful! I also love the full inspection report. I’ll be coming here from now on. I never felt pressured to spend money either which I really like
