Bought a home last year and shorewest was the rep for the seller.2 things that the seller realtor didn't do correctly. One was just something minor and the other one completly affected our home experience the following year.1. Realtor told us there was no key to the house but later brought us the house key after closing.2. They forgot to inform the HOA that we are a part of that there were new home owners. Spent the next 10 months trying to get contact information on the HOA to be able to have acces to a lake + other benefits.

Jamie Smith was our real estate agent for our recent home purchase. She was communicative, knowledgable, and patient throughout the whole process. It is apparent that she genuinely cares about her clients. We even had our first offer accepted (in this market). I highly recommend Jamie!

Hi,. Our Shorewest realtor Sally Konruff was awesome. We had a lake property in Tichigan that had a lot of hiccups to deal with. She dealt with FEMA, DNR, etc. She was professional and worked right along and helped us throughout the process. She was in communication with myself and siblings constantly and we can't thank her enough!!

After poor luck with three realtors for months on end, we finally ended up with Sharon at Shorewest in Oconomowoc who had such a positive impact on our first home-buying process.
