I bought a high end washer/dryer combo and the installation of my washing machine was totally botched. The inlet hose was leaking water as it was not fully tightened. In addition, the discharge hose was not properly inserted and generated water overflow. Both issues created slow leaks and completely ruined my floor. Customer service did not want to participate in any way to help in the remediation. They insinuated I was not being truthful in the accounts of the damage. It's too bad, doing the right thing would have made me a customer for life. Instead my family and I will shop elsewhere.

Bought a new refrigerator there. Wide selection. Didn't have exactly what I thought I wanted but had one in stock to fit my needs. Refrigerators are really expensive since the last one I bought.

I sent them an e-mail asking if they could get me a particular repair part.
I got a quick reply listing the part number, cost, and that they should be able to get it the next day.

We tried to get appointment rescheduled, and the guy on the phone was being very rude and argumentative. He was being much less than cooperative, and when asked to speak with the owner, he said “the owner isn’t going to want to speak to anyone off the street.” He denied us any chance to get anything fixed. This is really disappointing because we have gotten all of our appliances here for a long time because it is a local business. Denying us any type of professionalism from his side & not letting us speak to the owner is just sad. We will not be buying here again, this experience has been horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Looks humble on the outside but this is THE place to get appliances! Great selection, expert help and installation. Drive around back to see a LOT of dead appliance brands to avoid! I love this place and it has been a long standing member of the community for a long time!

We bought a washer a year or so ago. A few months ago it started intermittently, turning off and on on its own. I called for service and was told it’ll be two weeks washing machines are very important. It’s not like you can get by without one for two weeks. Fortunately it did reset itself and started working again the intermittent working started again about three weeks ago called again again, two weeks for service. My husband stopped in was told it’s best to call the dealer directly. We shop locally because we felt that was best, but in finding out that it is not .

Ryan is simply incredible. We worked with him for over a year, and I can't express what a rarity it is to find such a knowledgeable, kind, honest, and likable expert. We wanted a very specific SubZero. He came to our home several times, made sure our product was perfect, and held our hand every step of the process. His delivery and install was perfect, and it was NOT easy. Ryan spent hours making sure everything was topnotch. He had great apprentices and he paid attention to every detail - even polishing and perfecting. Amazing, attentive communication. It's now been six months with absolutely no problems at all and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our SubZero!! It is everything Ryan said it would be. Contrast this amazing experience with Radtke to a very mid experience we had buying a dishwasher from Grand Appliance (Grand was horrible to work with and we had problems with their product!) Radtke ONLY SELLS tested products that live up to Radtke's great reputation. I will only shop there from now on. It amazing to have a top end appliance store right here locally in my town with such amazing service and staff! A+++++ Radke is Rad!!

I called two other places and they would not have their service department call me back stating I would need to have someone come out. I called Radke Appliance and the gentleman looked up my model number and helped me out over the phone to fix my issue. I don't tend to leave many reviews but our experiences with Radtke Appliance have been so great that I wanted to support their business any way I can. We have bought multiple appliances from Radtke Appliance and couldn't be happier. Every single one of the staff are super helpful and, most important, super knowledgable. They know their products inside and out. Prices absolutely can't be beat. Their products have also stood the test of time as it has been years and multiple houses that we've used them for. I would recommend Radtke Appliance without hesitation for anyone.
