This review is not for the staff itself, rather the cost... the staff was very friendly and compassionate, however the bill I received was just plain inhumane. Hopefully something will change eventually about the cost of medical care in this country.

Another awful experience here. Checking in at the kiosks did not work and the woman at a desk nearby tasked with assisting people who have problems with the machine was extremely rude and snotty and really needs to be fired for her terribly unprofessional behavior. I heard her say something about having to leave somewhere and it seemed since I interrupted her plans she became nasty toward me.

My mom had a total knee surgery here yesterday and we were very impressed with the care! Everyone from the person that checked us in to her nurse and CNA were exceptional! As someone who works in healthcare, I notice things that others may not. The hand hygiene was top-notch and the facility was very clean. My mom enjoyed working with the physical and occupational therapist and thought her surgeon and OR team were fantastic! Thank you all so much for providing us with such a great experience! Having surgery is a tough decision and my mom is so glad that she chose to have her surgery here! A special thank you to Mary, her primary nurse!

I wouldn't go to this hospital if I was dieing...my husband was seen here he got a huge bill and is getting billed again from each dr that helped him here billed by a Dr that came in 5min said that they were doing shift change 1500.00 5 min billed for things that he never recieved! All bcuz he refused to stay overnight! Beware!!!!

My husband’s RN Mary from day surgery was absolutely phenomenal!! She was very attentive & caring about him as a person. She was so funny and just made us feel completely comfortable!! Thank you & Kim for being so attentive and loving towards us!!
