The different options were well explained, questions about the age and size of the dog were asked, and I went away with 2 products I felt would help. It didn't take long, and our 12 year old Aussie/husky stopped grumbling every time he jumped down from the couch or bed.He seems much calmer and is moving around more like his old self. “In the past, I have found the staff here helpful and pleasant. I went in today to wash my dog and they were not at all helpful. I think they don’t realize what people who haven’t done this before might need to know. I really wanted an orientation, and no one seemed to get it. Too bad, because the facilities are great. But what good is that if no one explains how to use them? It was a Tuesday before noon, and they weren’t crowded, in fact, were empty. If this had been my only experience with PSP, I would never have gone back.”

The owner is very friendly, has a great sense of humor, and will answer any and all questions about the items she makes.”
