The customer service at this location was very rude. I asked if there was any other time besides 9am-4pm during the weekdays to come in to see the space because I am a principal and our next day off is at the end of October.Paige responded with the following: "Sometimes I do come i on weekends but it would only be when I can stack up several tours at once. Otherwise I'd recommend wedding planning when you do have time off."I didn't know such a rude response was warranted for asking a simple question, but if this is the type of customer service that is offered at this location I wouldn't want to work with them anyway. Thanks for answering our question in such a professional way Paige!

Great experience. Beautiful venue great layout. List of compliments from family members and people at the wedding. Paige helped coordinate everything from the beginning, was very attentive and immediately responded to emails and calls. Paige also helped us set up a vendor not on the list originally and get them add. Paige helped facilitate communication with vendors as well. Highly recommend. Drinks option is quite pricey but we had a great time and so did our guests.Clean up crew was not disruptive and was very helpful and right on time.Paige is very response to email, phone and open to meeting in person and discussing options a head of time. Very much appreciate her work and help

Loved having our wedding reception here! Paige was wonderful to work with, so accommodating and helpful. Loved the view and how everything turned out. This is a great venue at a reasonable price!

We wanted to write to once again say how wonderful it was to work with Paige at the Oconomowoc community center for our wedding in July. She and her staff made it such a special and memorable day for us and we truly appreciate all that they did for us. You made the process fun and stress free for us and the result was a perfect weekend. The venue is beautiful and all our guests commented on what a fantastic facility you have. We absolutely recommend that couples use your facility for their wedding, parties or other events.

Just be sure if you rent AV equipment/tv monitor to bring all your own cables and to come out and test it days ahead so cables can be purchased and it can be serviced if necessary. Staff may not be on hand to help hook up or operate it. Better yet just bring all your own equipment. Beautiful location other than that.

The venue was perfect for the wedding and reception I attended. Beautiful, clean, and friendly staff! In fact, one staff member in particular, Virginia, was top notch! She went above and beyond for her job, in my opinion. She graciously offered to cut up my daughter's food and took time to talk to her throughout the night. She delivered late night snacks and desserts to our table so we could relax and talk to our group. She was incredibly caring and wonderful! She made the reception even more enjoyable with her sweet presence. That job is hard work and she did it all with a smile on her face the entire night.

Paige did a phenomenal job with helping us organize our wedding. The location was beautiful and the facilities were extremely user-friendly (ramp, elevator, nice balcony for guests). Awesome panoramic views of the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better venue.

We had our wedding reception at the Oconomowoc Community Center, and everything went so smoothly and stress-free! The upper level hall is beautiful and the outdoor balcony was a popular spot for people to cool off from dancing, have a drink, and watch the sunset over the lake. In a word, Paige was AMAZING to work with! She will answer any question and work with you to make sure you have a great time, no matter what event you are planning. Thank you, Paige and everyone else at the Oconomowoc Community Center!

My husband and I worked with Paige Brunclik at the Oconomowoc Community Center for our wedding in July 2018. And it was an absolute dream. You are required to use Zilli for the bar service, but we were blown away by their cuisine so we ended up using them for food and bar service! Paige provides information on local vendors for food, etc. so that made some of the shopping pretty easy. We LOVED the open design of the reception area with the gorgeous windows overlooking the lak
