Karl was absolutely incredible from the very first day. His response time was impressive! He always got back to us quickly with any questions we had, showings we requested and all the little details in between. We chose him based on his previous reviews and he did not disappoint. He understood all of our needs and wants. He was very knowledgeable when doing walk throughs and what could potentially become an issue down the road. He let us know if he thought it wouldn't be a good investment for our family even though that meant more work for him. Once we found out perfect house he was quick to get our offer in, that night, and walked us through every step never leaving us in the dark. With his guidance we were able to get the first house we put an offer in on and we're able to move the closing date up to get our daughter in before school started. We love our house and know that if we ever decide to sell and move again it will be with Karl's help!

Incredibly responsive and professional - flexible in terms of his availability, and honest to provide his clients with trustworthy advice, even if the advice does not help him close a transaction, he keeps his clients needs foremost into his strategies. Our family was relocating from Ohio to Wisconsin do to my husband’s job. We were in need of a realtor and stumbled upon Karl. Obviously not knowing a thing about Wisconsin he took the time to find out what we were looking for, what was important to us and what we did not want. Karl was very thorough in understanding our family’s needs and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. He was familiar with our neighborhood and introduced us to a couple of other families he had sold homes to just blocks from ours. Karl was more than a realtor he became a friend. You will not go wrong with Karl Zarling as your realtor.After talking about it for years, I finally decided to seriously look for a lake house in Wisconsin. Coming from the suburbs of Chicago I knew I needed help. I found Karl on the internet and I can't believe how lucky that was. Having a dream, but knowing nothing about what makes a good lake home, I needed someone with expertise, but more important someone I could trust to teach me about lake properties. Karl has great knowledge about locations and lakes in Wisconsin. He listened carefully to my wish list and provided suggestions. He answered all questions and shared information on lake living that I didn't know to ask. Two weekends in a row, in snow storms in January, he showed my kids and me homes.We are now moved into our dream home and look forward to years of sunsets on the lake. I highly recommend Karl!

Karl is the best. He helped us sell our home quickly and did a great job of presenting our home in a favorable light. He was EXTREMELY patient with us when purchasing our new home. Karl found us the perfect house! Not only did he help us find it, but he went to bat for us with the sellers to make sure everyone got a fair deal. He's completely honest about everything which helps so much. We really valued his expertise throughout our home buying experience. When we needed to sell our house during the 2008 housing market crash, we were very fortunate to find Karl who worked diligently to sell our house. Karl was very professional and such a straight shooter, there were no surprises throughout the process. We were able to sell our house, and Karl was instrumental in getting us into our new home.
